Value Added Analysis
How is value created in a company, an industry, a region, or an economy? To what extent do the various players contribute to overall economic performance? We support you in strategic decisions and political discussions with well-founded value creation analyses.
Analysis of Value Chains. Which stages of value creation are located in the region, which are located domestically, and which are located internationally? At which stages of value creation is value generated in your company? We examine import dependencies and degrees of integration along the value chains.
Calculation of value added and employment effects. What direct, indirect, and induced value added and employment effects result from projects, companies, and industries? Using input-output analyses, we quantify these effects and examine sectoral value added structures and interdependencies between economic sectors. In doing so, we show how many jobs are created or economically linked along the entire value chain.
Policy impact assessment. How do economic policy measures affect the value creation of different companies, industries, and sectors? We analyze the direct and indirect effects of regulations, support instruments, and structural reforms, thereby providing a solid basis for decision-making in politics and administration.
Distribution and structure of value added. How is value added distributed between labor, capital, and the state? We examine income and tax structures and analyze how economic performance is distributed among different groups of actors and regions.
