Project description

In-depth assessment of the management of regulatory requirements within a Swiss energy company. The aim is to analyze the effectiveness of existing processes, to ensure that regulatory requirements are adequately taken into account, and to make recommendations for strengthening these mechanisms in order to sustainably reduce regulatory risks.
