Biography

Helmut Dietl is a Counsel with Swiss Economics and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a full Professor of Services & Operations Management at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He is also Chairman of the Board for the Center for Research in Sports Administration (CRSA). He specializes in services and operations management with a focus on regulated industries, platform strategies and sports economics. Helmut Dietl completed his doctorate and habilitation at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
